We're All Ears Challenge.

Here's my second post in a week after a long drought in my blog over the summer. I  enjoy the "we're all ears challenge " on the blog Earrings Everyday because the inspirations provided are always so intriguing.
This month was no exception. It was a music video called Torque Starter which I found fascinating. If you get a chance check it out here. Mesmerizing use of shapes and movement. The two shapes I focused on were triangles and spirals.

I made these polymer clay beads combining the two shapes. They have wonderful movement dangling from the ears.Hope you like them!

  1. I love the earrings that you made! The colors of your handmade beads are beautiful!
I also participated on this challenge, you are welcome to visit my blog:

    Greatings, Sofie

  2. Love how you have found a way to capture the triangles and spirals in your polymer clay beads. The colours go really well with the copper wire too...lovely earrings, I would enjoy wearing these!! xx

  3. Delightful! Beautiful color and great combo of the Swirl and the Triangle. Using the PC was a terrific choice!

  4. I, too, was drawn to the triangles and spirals. Love how you incorporated them into your design all in one handmade component. Cool earrings!

  5. Great combination Nan. And a great interpretation too.

  6. I love the way you superimposed the spirals on the triangles. Great use of the geometric shapes! The colors are very soft and pretty. Great job, Miss Nan! And so delighted that you find my challenges inspiring. That is my 'something good' for the day! Thank you for joining me in the We're All Ears challenge for September. Check back on October 2nd for the next inspiration! Enjoy the day! Erin

Thank you for all your lovely comments! I love to read them and they really make my day.
